Rice paper dumplings with CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter

For the date caramel

↘️ 3 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water
↘️ 1 tbsp CRAVERS hazelnut butter
↘️ Pinch of salt

For the dumplings

↘️ 2 sheets of rice paper per dumpling
↘️ 2 squares of dark chocolate
↘️ Olive oil to pan-fry


Place all date caramel ingredients into a food processor, and add 1-2 tbsp hazelnut milk if you do not have a high-speed blender. Process until smooth.

On a deep and wide plate, pour room temperature water and dip the rice paper sheet in until soft but not mushy—around 20 seconds. Dollop 2 tbsps of the caramel mixture in the center and place the chocolate on top. Wrap and repeat with another rice paper sheet, wrapping once again.

Heat a pan on medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil before putting in your dumpling. Fry the dumpling for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the heat, and enjoy!
