↘ 1½ cup all-purpose flour
↘ ½ cup sugar or coconut sugar
↘ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
↘ ¼ tsp baking powder
↘ Pinch of salt
↘ ½ cup almond milk
↘ 1 tsp vinegar
↘ ¼ cup melted coconut oil
↘ 1 tbsp coffee
↘ 2 tbsp CRAVERS 100% Hazelnut Butter
↘ Coconut oil to grease the ramekins
Preheat the oven to 170°C /335°F.
Mix the dry ingredients and set them aside. Mix almond milk and vinegar in a separate bowl, let them rest for about 5 minutes, then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in batches and mix til evenly combined.
Grease 2 ramekins with coconut oil, fill them with the batter until halfway full and top each of them with 1 tbsp of CRAVERS 100% Hazelnut Butter. Add the remaining batter on top.
Bake for 15 minutes and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Top with more CRAVERS or make a brownie sundae!
