↘ 1 medium-sized shallot
↘ Handful cremini mushrooms
↘ 3 tbsp coconut cream
↘ 2 tbsp CRAVERS 100% hazelnut butter
↘ 1 tsp chopped rosemary
↘ Pasta of your choice
↘ Optional toppings: Thyme and crushed walnuts
Fry the shallot in some olive oil, and add the sliced mushrooms. Let them brown well, and add your coconut cream and hazelnut butter. Stir in chopped rosemary and put the mixture into your blender.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Steal a scoop of pasta water as they finish cooking and add the starchy water to the blender.
Serve the pasta with sauce on top or mix in. Top the dish with thyme and crushed walnuts.
