Ingredients:
↘ Frying oil
↘ Rice paper
↘ 1 tbsp ponzu
↘ 1 tbsp rice vinegar
↘ 2 tbsp water
↘ 1 tbsp 100% CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter
Prepare the marinade by mixing 1 tbsp 100% Hazelnut Butter, 1 tbsp ponzu, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 2 tbsp water. Cut the silken tofu into similar-sized cubes. Mix them with your marinade and let rest in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
Heat up the frying oil of your choice. Cut the rice papers triangularly and fry them for 2-3 seconds.
Top the fried rice papers with the marinated tofu, the leftover sauce, and chives.
