At CRAVERS, we do our best to get your order to you quickly, safely, and in great condition.

## Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.

## Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

- **Free standard shipping** on all US orders over **$50**
- Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

Free shipping applies to the order total after any discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.

## Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier, but most US orders arrive within **3 to 7 business days** after shipment.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-order-volume periods.

## Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

## Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

## Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first. You can also reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

## Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **5 days of delivery** at **hello@eatcravers.com** with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a solution.
