Chocolate Bars with CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter

For the bars

↘ 2 medium-sized bananas
↘ 300gr oats
↘ 150gr date puree
↘ 50gr coconut oil

For the caramel

↘ 4 dates
↘ Juice from half an orange
↘ 2 tbsp Hazelnut Butter
↘ Pinch of salt

For the chocolate layer

↘ High-quality vegan chocolate
↘ CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter


For the dough:

Soak your dates in hot water. Meanwhile, mash the bananas and add the oats, the date puree, and coconut oil. Mix thoroughly. This will form a slightly sticky dough that will hold together when you pinch it. Firmly and evenly press the dough into a small and narrow container.

For the caramel layer:

Mix the soaked dates with orange juice, CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter, and a pinch of salt. Layer the caramel on top of the bar and freeze it for 1-2 hours.

For the chocolate layer:

Fill a small pot with 1-2 inches of water, then place a bowl over the top. Bring the water to a simmer, and add the chocolate and hazelnut butter to the bowl. Stir frequently. Pour the chocolate evenly on the bar, and place them in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
