Jelly Nice Cream with CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter

For the nice cream:

↘ 3 medium-sized frozen bananas

↘ A splash of plant milk

For the jelly:

↘ 200g blueberries or your choice of berries
↘ 1 tbsp chia seeds
↘ 1/2 of orange juice
↘ 1/2 tbsp sweetener of your choice—we went for agave

Start by making your jelly. Add berries to a dry pan with the orange juice. After a minute, smash a few berries and add your chia seeds. Let the jelly thicken for two to three minutes. Meanwhile, start making your nice cream.

Throw in the frozen bananas and a splash of plant milk into the blender. Try not to add too much though. Otherwise, it will turn into a smoothie! You want a thick consistency—reminiscing of ice cream. After a minute or two, your nice cream will be ready.

Assemble your bowl by swirling CRAVERS hazelnut butter and freshly homemade jelly on your nice cream, and top it with extra flavorings such as cacao nibs, even more hazelnut butter or other frozen fruits.

Optional: Add some granola for crunchiness, even a handful of spinach for extra ^health^. Don’t forget to have one last spoon of love. Enjoy! 🌰🥄🐿
