WHat’s Not in CRAVERS HAZELNUT BUTTER?
Sugar:
In our 92% hazelnut butter we add a little sugar. For those looking for a very sweet taste without giving up on the health aspect. If you just want the purity of our hazelnut you should try our 100% hazelnut butter with no added sweetener.
Non-GMO
All our products will be non-GMO Project Verified very soon.
And gluten?
All our products do not contain wheat at all. Therefore, gluten is excluded.
What about Soy?
No, all our products do not contain soy.
And lactose?
All Cravers products are dairy free and vegan.
Where do you source hazelnut?
As the world’s 70% of hazelnuts come from Northern Anatolia, Turkey, we’re proud to have a first-hand connection to the source and are able to direct trade with the farmers. Our manufacturing partner founded by four sisters underlines the importance of female presence both in decision-making and in the field, and women make up more than 80% of their workforce. Our non-gmo hazelnuts harvested in the region for over 2,000 years are considered the best in the world and are also recognized by the EU. So only the best of the best make it into CRAVERS.
Are you a no added sugar brand?
There is "no added sugar" in any of our products except Sweet Hazelnut Butter.
Are your products vegan, nongmo, fair trade and free of palm-oil, soy, gluten & lactose?
Our products are 100% vegan (free of animal components) and non-gmo. Our cocoa beans are also fair trade, organic and comes from Peru.
Our products are also free of palm-oil, soy, lecithin, gluten and lactose (since vegan). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% freedom from these substances for every product due to the production facilities, which also manufacture non-vegan products. Please note the individual allergy information on the packaging.
Do you use palm oil?
No Way! Palm oil plantations causes ecological and social problems and it is not healthy.
Do your products contain additives?
We dont use any additives or preservatives
Which allergens do I have to pay particular attention to?
Hazelnut only. Please note All allergenic ingredients and possible traces are highlighted in bold in the list of ingredients on the back of the individual packaging.

When will my order be shipped?
Shipping usually takes place the next working day.
Where is my order?
As soon as your goods have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a DHL link to track the shipment and you can check the status of your shipment there at any time.
Can I return my goods?
Yes, you can return the unopened goods within the cancellation period without giving reasons.

All our hazelnut spread products are packaged in an environmentally friendly way: aluminium lid, paper labels and glass jars - they are plastic-free

Where do you make your products?
All our products are produced in Turkey, in Northern Anatolia. There are the perfect conditions for growing and harvesting our hazelnuts. Blessed with the clean mountain air, this super nutritious fruit takes its final form as a high-quality hazelnut butter.
Why is there so much oil on top?
We only use the purity of the real hazelnut and nothing else. Therefore, we do not use any artificial emulsifiers or other additives. Added emulsifiers in the industry are used to enable oils to bind better with other ingredients. That does prevent the oil from seperating, but it is more susceptible to spoil more quickly, which is why additional preservatives are usually added. We want to break this cycle and let the oil from our hazelnuts naturally separate on top after standing for a while. This keeps oxygen away from the hazelnut, which prevents the product from expiring quickly. We recommend using a butter knife or spoon to reincorporate the natural oils in our CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter jars. Promise, it's worth it.
Are CRAVERS products organic?
Our products are NONGMO but not certified organic. But we work closely with our suppliers and have policies in place to ensure our ingredients are of the highest quality. Nutrition facts and ingredients for all CRAVERS products can be found on each product's individual product page.
