Sweet & spicy cookies with CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter
↘ 50g coconut oil
↘ 1 tbsp plant based milk
↘ 1 tbsp vegan cream cheese
↘ 1 tbsp miso paste
↘ 1 tbsp Sichuan pepper oil or chili oil
↘ 1 tbsp 92% CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter
↘ 100g coconut sugar
↘ 100g all-purpose flour
↘ 3g baking soda
↘ 50g chocolate chips/chunks
Mix the coconut oil with the vegan cream cheese, and add the miso paste, and the baking soda. Add some chili oil or Sichuan oil to spice it up and add Cravers 92% Hazelnut Butter. Sweeten it with the coconut sugar, add the flour and mix everything. Cut the chocolate into chunks, and add them to the dough.
Let it rest in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat your oven to 175°C/347°F, shape your cookie dough in desired forms and bake for 12 minutes.
After you remove the cookies from the oven, sprinkle with salt and serve with more CRAVERS Hazelnut Butter.
