  • Preparation and support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
  • Preparation of advance sales tax returns, summary reports, Intrastat, and statistical reports.
  • Preparation and support of business and tax audits.
  • Taking responsibility for incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Entry of postings, reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Processing of all business transactions.
  • Recording of all current business transactions.
  • Communicating with our external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Preparing of advance sales tax returns for Germany and according to the OSS procedure.
 
 
You are a person who:
  • Studied in economics with a focus on finance, accounting, or taxes or completed similar training.
  • Have several years of experience in accounting.
  • Is familiar with accounting according to HGB and have very good Excel skills.
  • Is a team player, self-reliant, and highly motivated.
  • Can conduct flexible time management at 20 or 40 hours/week
